The spectacular and delightful Spaltenna complex, which is surrounded by vineyards and green woods, is right beside a big splendid valley, in the heart of a magnificent region full of castles and strongholds, ancient villages and abbeys. The complex is located in an ancient feudal town made up of the age-old Parish church with a bell tower which goes back to the 11th Century, the nearby fortified Monastery, also from the 11th Century, and a small cluster of hamlets, splendid examples of spontaneous medieval architecture. The complex buildings, full of history and legends, have splendid interiors with architrave ceilings and elegant entrances.
